One of my favorite past times is cooking... and I will probably share a few of my creations on this blog.

Last week I was a bit adventurous and tried Gyozas, they are a Japanese potsticker dumpling type thing.

I was surprised at how successful they were - my parents LOVED them. Which was great cause they had no idea what they were. I got the recipe out of the Wagamamas cookbook.
