Hamburger

This hamburger looked sooo good I had to take a photo (yes a yucky mobile phone photo but I think it still looks great!).

This is a more Nth American-esques burger rather than an Aussie one. I have both mayo and tomato sauce (ketchup) on it.

I cooked the meat on the barbeque and toasted the roll and put the cheese on the pattie just before I was ready to eat. And kept the onion raw (Aussies like their's cooked and most put BBQ sauce on it and beetroot).
