Dessert

So my mum has a bit of a cottage industry going at the moment.

At the markets when they sell the honey mum is also selling her home made tomato relish, strawberry jam and lemon butter.

When she normally makes lemon butter she will go out and get mini pre cooked pastry cases we then put a dollop of lemon butter in the cases and have a lovely lemon tart dessert.

Tonight I decided to take it one step further and whipped an egg white up and a bit of sugar (maybe a tablespoon) and the hit it with the blow torch.
