SO one of the blogs I have been follow has a recipe for Croquembouche.
I think I am going to make it sometimes soon and I am doing a blog entry so I remember.
I have made it before a loooong long time ago at Tafe so I will attempt it again.
Hmm maybe for my housewarming party when I move to Balmain/Rozelle when I got a new job (which fingers crossed will be soon as the market has picked up hugely)
